Oh, Rats!

This is Putter!

One of the things I love most about animals is they

emote their feelings with such innocence and purity.

This is Putter. My grey-hooded Old Man rattie.

He discovered the big huge cuffs on my Irish Fisherman wool sweater and promptly took what he deemed necessary action - climb in and hang. A hammock! A place to snooze. While I'm at a stand still in my daily production, he is happily snoozing and enjoying himself.

I just love these little slices of life. This is what it's all about. For those who don't understand why I would have a pet rat - well, simply put, rats are the best pets ever. They are loving, sweet, kind, love to let you know they love you, and enjoy the morsels you give them with such relish. I wish I loved my food that much...

Anyway - typing with a rattie in the cuff is proving to be a difficult challenge - think I'll stop here...
